Terms and conditions
To order the items and put them in the shopping cart, click on the “shopping cart” icon and enter the number of products you wish to buy. You can calculate the total price including the expenses in a very simple manner. You'll be guided step by step until the completion of your order. There are no minimum orders of any kind.
All prices and rates are expressed in Euro (see currency exchange).
When the goods arrive at their destination they may still be subject to payment of custom fees (VAT and duty depending on the destination country). Unfortunately we are unable to predict the amount of such charges. For further information please contact the customs office of your country. Any such charges are to be paid by the recipient and should be paid to the carrier upon delivery of the goods.

In the case of bank transfers from outside Italy, you should to pay the net price which will be communicated by Star Carbon.

Deliveries in Italy, Vatican City or the Republic of San Marino are made via courier DHL www.dhl.com
Shipments to the rest of the world are made through DHL www.dhl.com
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the number of products purchased. To know exactly how much you spend, you just fill out an order anyway. You will know in fact, even before definitively confirm it, what will be the costs.
Deliveries are made during normal business hours excluding Saturdays and Sundays. If the recipient is absent leaves a notice back over twice more. If you find the notice you can contact the courier by following the instructions on the same.
It 's always better to indicate a delivery place where there is someone to receive the shipment during office hours.
Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document;
the packaging is intact and not altered; use personalized ribbon Star Carbon on all our packs, to ensure maximum safety in shipping.
If anomalies are found, the client will challenge the shipment by adding the word "AGREE WITH RESERVE" (indicate motivation) on the delivery document received by courier. The customer then must report to Star Carbon problems regarding the shipment.
In the case of stocks for reasons arising from unavailability of the customer or the communication of an incorrect address, leading to the return of the parcel at Star Carbon, the customer is required to pay a new shipment.
5. Delivery times
All items displayed on our website are currently available. The shipment will be made the day after the receipt of your order.
In case of any unforeseeable event or problem, will not be liable for the delay or failure to deliver the product and we will have the option to terminate all or part of your order, suspend or postpone the execution.
24 months on the quality of the products.
All products are guaranteed 24 months from date of delivery against imperfection in materials or workmanship (except any sales of second-hand products for which warranty is 6 months). If the product shows any malfunctioning during the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, without any expense to the buyer. The guarantee is not extendable to malfunctioning due to misuse and we assume no liability for damages caused by such misuse.
To return damaged or malfunctioning products it is necessary to contact Star Carbon and arrange the terms of the return. The products must be returned with adequate packaging, enclosing a copy of the original sales invoice and a clear explanation of the problem.
10 days trial.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 10 days of receipt and we will reimburse the amount paid, excluding shipping charges which will not be refunded.
For the return of products it is necessary to contact Star Carbon to arrange for credit.
The products must be returned intact in their original packaging and appropriate packaging content. The shipment of the returned item will be at your own expense with a courier of your choice. It is fundamental that you include a copy of the sales invoice. For any legal dispute you should contact the Court of Florence (Italy).
